Follow up on the Isaiah 41 challenge How has doing this Isaiah 41 Challenge helped or challenged you? I must admit I didn’t do my best and skipped a number of days. It was hard to that we went on vacation. But enough excuses I guess I will have to work on my self-discipline. When I did read what I was supposed to many times it was very comforting and encouraging, especially the section that talks about how God has chosen us and how even though we are small, and we are sinners, and are not worth very much in anyone elses eyes God cares. We are worth much in his sight. Oh how we do not deserve this. At all. This section and other parts of the Bible have helped me especially when I feel like I’ve messed up and can’t be who God wants me to be; but that is not at all true! God wants me to be just who I am, he may not have gifted me with specific things such as an always serving heart, or the right words to say at the right time but he has gifted me in other things. What has he gifted you in? Now, remember, it is a gift we didn’t do anything to get it or deserve it.
