This month we are going to teach you how to do two really easy hairstyles that you could possibly do to yourself. One is called a knotted pullback. It is really easy and quick. If you look in the special thanks section in this magazine there is a link to a website where you can go to see a video on how to do this. On the same website there is a video for the other hairstyle we are going to teach you, we are calling a flipped ponytail. You can do this one two ways.

Crazy Braids

Flipped ponytail
1.
So for this hairstyle you will need to start with just a normal ponytail.

2.
Loosen your ponytail just a little bit until you can fit two fingers through the hair like in the picture below:

3.
This is where you will doing something a little bit different depending on which way you want to do your hair. The first way you can do it is to slide your thumb and your pointer finger from underneath you pony tail up through you hair as shown in the picture above.

1.
grab the ‘tail part of your ponytail with those two fingers as you can see in the picture below:

2.
Pull the ‘tail’ through with you fingers as you can see in the picture below:

3.
Now you can tighten your ponytail.. . .

. . . and ta-da! you have your flipped ponytail. you can add to it by putting another hair tie in and doing it again. If you go to cutegirlshairstyles.com there is a video to explain that part better:
1.
The Other way you can do this hairstyle is to Do the same exact thing but instead of pulling your ‘tail’ through from the bottom you pull it through from the top. If you do it this way it looks a little bit different but it keeps your hair off your neck more.

Tip: There is something you can buy called a topsy tail tool. On the website we mentioned earlier there is instructions on how to use it for this.
